DINTO is an ontology that describes and categorizes drug-drug interactions (DDIs) - a significant risk group for adverse effects associated with pharmaceutical treatment - as well as all the possible mechanisms that can lead to them (including both pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic DDI mechanisms).
